That’s what makes up our team of volunteers. Volunteers are the foundation of We Care Connect.  And we’d love you to join.

What we do:

We are a Central Coast & Hunter children’s charity responding to childhood poverty by providing essential care & safety items. We support families with children’s clothing & shoes, bed linen, cots, bassinets, prams, car seats, safety gates and much more.

We do not work directly with families but through local professional community and case workers so everything we give is part of a total package of care

Want to help?

Come along and join us in working with all the wonderful community donations we receive. Help prepare and distribute the individual support packs we prepare for local families in need. 

Skills required:

There are jobs for everybody, including:

• Van driving, loading/unloading donations
• Sorting clothing, linen, toys
• Warehouse operations, handling stock
• Administration and data entry
• Mending, fixing, sewing, crafting, cleaning
• General Handyperson skills
• Cleaning and checking baby equipment
• Packing linen and clothing bundles
• Photography and Video making

Wyong warehouse  9am – 2pm Monday – Friday

Thornton warehouse  9am -2pm Tuesday – Friday
