Birthdays are a very special day that should be celebrated. Our Birthday Program  supports children with that ‘special gift’ when their families just can’t. All our ‘birthday toys’ are new or in almost new condition. We will do everything we can but can’t guarantee we’ll have what you need.

Please give as much information as possible so that we can best match items to the needs of the family.

Please give us at least 5 working days to prepare your request unless urgent. However we will make every effort to respond quickly to urgent cases. 


It is important that you access this Request Form via the Sign In Form and not by direct URL.

Clothes Packs

Clothes are for CHILDREN ONLY. "Men" and "Women" sizes  are for children needing adult sized clothing. 

All clothes packs contain a seasonally adjusted mix of warm and cool clothing, and when available singlets, socks, hats, undies etc.

Infant clothes packs include bibs, booties, wraps and sleep bags.

Linen Packs

Linen packs include sheets, blankets/doonas, quilt covers, pillow cases (for single and larger), mattress protectors when available, and towels.

We may have limited stocks for double/queen and king linen.

We have a limited supply of camping style sleeping bags - if needed please request in the 'any specific needs' box giving the age/gender of the child.
